Shipping Information
America West Lifestyle, Inc. strives to ship your order of in-stock items within 24
hours from the time it is received during shipping dept. hours.  Some items may
be shipped directly from the manufacturer.  We ship domestic orders via UPS
and USPS(United States Postal Service) for International orders outside the
United States.  Other carriers may also be used and determined at the discretion
of America West Lifestyle, Inc.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
America West Lifestyle, Inc. uses USPS (United States Postal Service) for
international deliveries to select foreign markets.  Shipping rates will be emailed to
you upon receipt & processing of your order for approval BEFORE your order is
shipped.  Other carriers may be used or substituted and determined at the
discretion of  America West Lifestyle, Inc.  Please note that
hats and exotic skins
are shipped only within the Continental United States
.  Insurance is required on all
international shipments.

In Stock Items / Backorders:
Most all items are in stock.  Customers are notified by email within 24 hours if an
item/s are backordered due to non stock situations or discontinued from the
manufacturer.  America West Lifestyle, Inc. will charge your account to keep
your order in place should you elect to keep your backordered items on order.  
Your order will ship as soon as the backordered item is again in stock.  You may
also cancel the backordered item/s or the entire order for a full refund.  Please
contact us if there are questions regarding any item you are considering ordering

Shipping Exceptions & Requirements:
America West Lifestyle, Inc. ships only to physical addresses.  We cannot deliver
to PO Boxes.  Hats and exotic skins may not be ordered Internationally.  
Hats
may only be shipped via UPS Ground within the Continental US
.  Insurance is
required on all International shipments.

DAMAGE CLAIMS:
In the unfortunate event your shipment is damaged, the following MUST be met
to file a valid damage claim.  
ALL damaged merchandise due to shipping must be
reported
immediately upon delivery.  ALL packaging and merchandise are to be
kept for inspection until instructed by America West Lifestyle Inc.or shipping
carrier agent authorizing disposal.  We will work quickly to resolve your claim with
either a replacement of the damaged merchandise or refund as applicable.
EXPEDITED SHIPMENTS (SATURDAY DELIVERY):
Saturday delivery is available via UPS in conjunction with Next Day Air service
shipping level
only for orders received on Fridays.  A $15.00 additional fee for
Saturday delivery will be charged per parcel shipped above the quoted online
shipping cost of Next Day Air service level fees upon order invoicing.
